Baja California Sur Introduces New "Embrace It" Tourist Tax

Baja California Sur has recently announced the introduction of the "Embrace It" tourist tax, aimed at funding sustainable tourism initiatives and enhancing visitor experiences across the state. Effective immediately, all international tourists visiting the region will be required to pay this tax online prior to arrival.

Travelers must present proof of payment at all entry and exit points within the state. To facilitate easy payment and improve traveler experience, Travelkore has partnered exclusively with Tourist Tax Mexico (TTMX), serving as the official authorized platform for secure tax collection.
